• AI Podcaster: Podcast recording with AI co-host
• Future products launched under The Yencee Labs

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use our products for illegal purposes
• Create harmful, abusive, or misleading content
• Attempt to hack or disrupt our services
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Resell or redistribute our services without permission

4. AI-Generated Content

Our products use AI to generate content. You acknowledge that:

• AI outputs may not always be accurate
• You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content
• We do not guarantee AI outputs for any specific purpose
• AI models may produce unexpected results

5. Payments

• Payments are processed via Stripe (international) and Dodo Payments (India)
• All prices are displayed in local currency
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy

6. Intellectual Property

Our IP: The Yencee Labs name, branding, and software are our property.

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you create using our products.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE YENCEE LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR PRODUCTS.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may stop using our services at any time.
