This refund policy applies to all products operated by The Yencee Labs. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

7-Day Refund Window

We offer a 7-day refund window for all paid products. If you're not satisfied, request a refund within 7 days of purchase.

Eligibility

You may request a refund if:

  • Your purchase was made within the last 7 days
  • You've used less than 50% of credits/quota
  • Technical issues prevented normal usage
  • The product did not work as advertised

Non-Refundable

  • Purchases older than 7 days
  • Credits/services substantially used (50%+)
  • Free tiers and promotional offers
  • Custom development work

How to Request

  1. Email support@yenceelabs.com
  2. Include your order/transaction ID
  3. Tell us which product and why you want a refund
  4. We'll respond within 2 business days

Processing Time

  • Decision: Within 2 business days
  • Processing: 5-10 business days after approval
  • Method: Refunded to original payment method

Subscriptions

For recurring subscriptions:

  • Cancel anytime before renewal
  • Access continues until period ends
  • No partial refunds for current billing period
  • Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid charges
