This refund policy applies to all products operated by The Yencee Labs. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
7-Day Refund Window
We offer a 7-day refund window for all paid products. If you're not satisfied, request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
Eligibility
You may request a refund if:
- Your purchase was made within the last 7 days
- You've used less than 50% of credits/quota
- Technical issues prevented normal usage
- The product did not work as advertised
Non-Refundable
- Purchases older than 7 days
- Credits/services substantially used (50%+)
- Free tiers and promotional offers
- Custom development work
How to Request
- Email support@yenceelabs.com
- Include your order/transaction ID
- Tell us which product and why you want a refund
- We'll respond within 2 business days
Processing Time
- Decision: Within 2 business days
- Processing: 5-10 business days after approval
- Method: Refunded to original payment method
Subscriptions
For recurring subscriptions:
- Cancel anytime before renewal
- Access continues until period ends
- No partial refunds for current billing period
- Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid charges
